We are a small, friendly studio based in Paintworks, Brislington, Bristol.

Familiarise yourself with our classes and courses. We welcome everyone regardless of experience, age or ability, from complete beginners to those with an established practice.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

Besides our regular schedule, we also frequently host visiting teachers and speakers.
